Eurotunnel Door Refurbishment

DCL successfully tendered for a refurbishment program on the Eurotunnel Breda Vehicles.  We won the tender on both cost and the innovative way we approached the issue of corrosion protection.  The aluminum exterior door skins are replaced by a class 1/0 fire retardant GRP skin.  The interior honeycomb is replaced and corrosion protection applied. After bonding of the exterior skins the doors are prepared and painted on both sides prior to dispatch.
