The Denso Poly Pave System is Dartford Composites’ unique and highly flexible proprietary paving solution that can be utilised for a wide range of purposes.

The ‘Denso Poly Pave System’ was initially designed and engineered in-house by Dartford Composites in response to an approach from local authorities seeking a low cost solution that would significantly reduce the number of trip hazards in a variety of public areas.

We have continued to advance this innovative product, which now clearly represents a safe and cost-effective solution for outdoor areas; both in private and public locations.

Product Properties

The ‘Denso Poly Pave System’ comprises of a
mixture of specially developed epoxy resins, used in conjunction with the stone type specified by the customer.

The solution can be quickly and easily mixed and applied on-site; with little or no expertise required. Its ease of application makes it an ideal candidate for unusually shaped areas and offers a considerable time saving over and above traditional methods.

Once applied, the ‘Denso Poly Pave System’ is fully cured within 2 hours, leaving a water permeable finish. Its high level of water tolerance also means that it can be applied even in poorer weather conditions, as dampness will not impact upon the curing time.

The Denso Poly Pave System also provides a high load-bearing surface that is also crack resistant.
